6-Step Pesto Feta Chicken Pasta

This is one of my favorite chicken recipes. Not only is the name a mouthful, but so are the bites after you get your first taste. It’s delicious! The chicken and the pasta are a perfect match no matter what noodles you use, hence the “any-pasta” in the name.
The real mouth-watering tastes come from the pesto sauce and the feta cheese crumbled on top of the dish. If you want to make it with a little more, you can add some onions and possibly blacken the chicken
Ingredients:
1 pound of skinless, boneless chicken (marinated if blackening.)
2 tablespoons (generally four capfuls) of olive oil
1 Bottle of your favorite store-bought pesto sauce (If you would like to make your own, I have an [link]easy pesto recipe[/link], as well.)
3 cups feta cheese (I love cheese!)
Large Skillet
(optional)
sautéed onions
and last but not least,
At least 4 servings of your favorite pasta
Directions:
1. Begin by boiling water for your pasta
2. Once water is at a rapid boil, add your pasta and cover
3. In a large skillet, begin over a medium to medium high heat and warm the olive oil.
4. Add the chicken and sauté until it turns a nice, golden-brown color. (If using sautéed onions, add to skillet just prior to the chicken finishing and let them share the space for a few minutes.)
5. Check pasta (Tender, or tough?)
6. Plop on a plate and drizzle some pesto sauce over the top and you’re ready to eat!

Hello Pete we are glad you are in Windsor now and doing better at the hospital . Your family and your girlfriend have been with you thru it all and that is the best you can ask for. Greg is good brother to stand with you and support you the wat he has.My family is going thru the same thing with my Sister Cathy’s youngest son Bradley who at 20 on Thanksgivihng Day 2010 had a motocross bike accident in Milton. It has left him paralyed from the breasts down and after his hospital time of 6 months in Hamilton he has returned home and with the theaphy he does has some movement and touch with hts feet. He is back to work now in Milton with my sister in law and doing pretty good. Bradley has his own truck with hand controls now and is getting to move around really good. I took him hunting for wild turkeys in South Caralina this April and also at home. He too has a strong family who love him a lot and give him hope for his drive to walk again and he will do it. over the years you and Greg have had a lot to deal with and both of you have had to fight together and i know how hard that was watching you guys grow up. Big Arn died Dec 9 -2011 of Dementia and also my Sister Janice Dec 5 2010 from Cancer and thru all of this the Arnolds are still strong and supporting our family and that whatb good families do just like yours .Me and Anita will try to get down to Windsor to visit, so keep trying and as old Bobby Collins used to say” give me all your heart and desire” you can do it.

For me this is a relatively easy question, but has a pretty complex answer. The specialty I have actually looked forward to working with is OB/GYN. I find that the ability of a woman’s body to produce a child, endure the amount of abuse it takes during a pregnancy, and the amount of pain endured during delivery is amazing. The joy of being able to be present as life enters the world is truly one of the greatest moments in life. To me that would be the best possible option. I also would love working in the operating room with a surgeon. I have experienced the OR quite a few times, and have been on both “sides” of the table. I have to say I would love to work with any surgeon in the OR except for Orthopedics. The reason behind that is the surgery’s are pretty brutal when it comes to the skeletal system. Having been in the OR with an Orthopedic surgeon and seeing the use of the saws, hammers and other heavy equipment in order to perform the surgery just sends chills up my spine. I know that type of surgery is not for me. I think my favorite surgeries have to be that of the abdominal cavity. The specialties that I would least like to work for are few, and for simple reasons. Pediatrics is not a specialty for me since I have four children of my own. My Aunt is a neonatal nurse practitioner and I followed her in high school and saw the good, the bad, and the ugly so I can honestly say I could not emotionally handle that type of position. Podiatry is also an area I could not see myself working. The reason behind this is pretty silly, but here goes, I very much dislike other peoples feet especially if they are not well kept. I know in the medical field you will encounter feet on a daily basis, but I could not mainly work with feet on an everyday basis. My last specialty is Orthopedics for the reasons I noted above about the “barbaric” nature of the surgeries and treatments for the musculoskeletal system. Its just not for me.
